    Once Pressed on the end of your shaft or axle, they won't come off, even when you want them to.
    The easiest way to install them is with a plain old Socket & a Hammer.
    Just tap them on and they are there to stay.
    These fit most Hand Trucks. You can buy replacement Hand Truck Tires anywhere.
    But, almost nobody carries the 5/8" caps to install them.
