Large items will be shipped using an LTL carrier and smaller packages will be shipped with UPS or Fed Ex.
LTL Freight carriers charge an additional for delivery to a residence, church, school
or any location other then a commercial building.
You can avoid this charge by picking up your order at the carrier terminal.
There is an additional charge for lift gate, notification, or any other service besides delivery to curbside.
You must inspect your order for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Once you sign the delivery receipt, you are acknowledging that you received it in good condition.
You can accept the damaged order and be reimbursed as long as you
notate the damage on the delivery receipt.
Refuse the order by also notating the damage on the delivery receipt.
You must do this to protect yourself from losing the claim by not holding the carrier liable.
