The shelf gets build in to shower tiles with the same tile installing thin-set mortar/adhesives. This system is recommended if you are in the middle of remodeling and these shelves are designed for this.
2] Glue-On: Marble shelves can also be mounted on already tiled showers / bathrooms. The shelf is attached to the surface of tiles with the help of industrial adhesives. This may need some professional help if you are not handy and not sure what type of adhesives to use.
3] Metal Brackets w/ Screws: Shelves can be attached to exiting tiled walls with the help of metal /aluminum brackets. You can use wall corner brackets with the screws. This requires some tile and wall drilling (just follow the bracket manufacturers installation instructions).
4] Mount-On Plastic Brackets: This is a simple and effective plastic bracket system that requires no drilling. This system is the quickest way and you can be done mounting in just 5-10 minutes.
It’s made of durable transparent plastic with double sided transparent permanent-hold tape. This bracket kit also includes quick drying clear epoxy glue tubes to permanently support the shelf.
