Helena Bighorns AWHL Puck - Defunct team & league - Ad on back - Vegum puck

Description

Up for sale is a Helena Bighorns hockey puck.  The Bighorns played in the America West Hockey League from 2001 to 2003 when the AWHL merged with the NAHL.  They played in the NAHL, as the Bighorns, from 2003 to 2006 when they moved to the Northern Pacific Hockey League.  This puck is from the time they were in the America West Hockey League, although the puck shows no league affiliation at all.  On the front of the puck is a large white circle with the Bighorns name and logo in the middle.  Please note, the front of the puck does not have the name Helena on it.  On the back is an ad for Classic Creations, which does state they support Helena Hockey.  On the edge is Vegum, Official and Made in Slovakia.  The puck is in good condition, but does have a few very small scratches on the front.  Be sure to check out all of the pictures before buying.
