For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This system is in Fair cosmetic condition with some scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use including in both heads and the chamber.  Note there is NOT a target installed in the sputtering head.
Notes:
This system is in PARTIAL working condition. The vacuum gauge falls to the 10-1 mbar level when we use our own pump (not included) to draw down the pressure in the working chamber.  Pressing the Start button makes a small click inside the machine, and at the end of the timer period there is another click. No plasma current is ever shown and no plasma ever starts in the chamber.  The carbon power supply does not show any sign of life at all.  With either the carbon top and the plasma top installed on the chamber, we were able to draw a vacuum on the chamber; with the carbon top installed, the vacuum gauge did not show any change in pressure even when the chamber was obviously under vacuum. We are not sure why. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
