Duties and Taxes:

Insurance:
The parcel may be insured up to the cost of the purchase.
Warranty:
Items are guaranteed as described. Assume normal, minor use marks and wear unless we describe the items as "MINT".
If you are unhappy with the item(s), we must be contacted within three business days of the package reaching the destination listed and tracked on the ordering account.
Item/s may be returned only after our approval. Returned item/s must reach us within 14 days of return approval. We will refund the purchase price for the item but will not assume responsibility for original or return shipping/insurance fees.
If an inventory discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a refund or a reasonable substitute for any missing pieces. A refund is your only option if a substitute is not acceptable.
Return of any item for any reason except "not as described" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
