Top has overall clean crazing on the outside; the inside has one spot with staining around a 7/8 inch possible hair line & three pointil marks (?) on the edge.     Up for auction is a rare covered butter dish in the Pink Tower pattern by Spode, England,with the newer black back stamp
    .
    The surface is shiny and bright, the pattern is in a strong cranberry red color on a creamy white background. The set is in very good pre-owned condition: The top has overall clean crazing on the outside, possibly a 7/8 inch hairline with some staining (or only crazing) and three pointil marks on the edge. The underplate is in excellent condition. Please, look at the pictures, they are part of the description.
    The top measures approximately 5 3/8 inches by 4 1/4 inches and is approx. 2 1/4 inches tall. The underplate is 7 1/8 inches by 5 1/8 inches and 5/8 inches tall.
